From idea to App Store in weeks, not years

Our process is built around one principle: find the fun before you build anything else. Every phase has a clear goal, a clear exit criteria, and the discipline to kill what does not work.

Development phases

01 1–3 weeks

Proof of Concept

We build the minimum playable version of the core loop. One mechanic, three to five minutes of play, no polish — just the question: is this fun?

02 1–3 days

Validation

We evaluate fun, retention hooks, monetization fit, and scope. Only games that pass every check move forward. Mixed results get one week of iteration, then a final call.

03 6–14 weeks

Full Development

Approved games ship with complete systems, polished art and audio, integrated monetization, analytics, and thorough QA on real devices.

04 Ongoing

Launch & Learn

Simultaneous iOS and Android release with focused marketing, live monitoring, and data-informed decisions on what to nurture next.

Core principles

Find the fun first

The POC is not a demo. It is a question: does this game loop feel good? No menus, final art, or monetization until the answer is yes.

Kill fast

A POC that is not fun after a fair test gets shelved. No exceptions, no "maybe if we add X." We move on and apply what we learned.

Monetization by design

Every full game is architected with ad placements and purchase hooks considered from the start — never bolted on after launch.

Ship on both platforms

Every release goes live on iOS and Android simultaneously, tested on real devices with stable 60fps performance on mid-range hardware.
